What items are eligible for return?

- 30 Day return policy for select items purchased.
- You may purchase merchandise from this website by using any one of the payment options listed (link to Payment Options).Â
- Succulent Eyez reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.Â
- Any specialty items purchased are final sales with no returns.
- Prescription eyewear is not refundable. If there is an error in the lens, it will be corrected. Lens correction for frames must be reported within 60 days.
- Refunded funds are returned to the original purchase option.Â
- If an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately, and we will replace it. If it is not in stock, we will have you return the item for a full refund. Â
- Prescription frames purchased before for prescription fulfillment are subject to a restocking fee if our labs never fill the prescription. We can send you the frames or restock with the 3% fee assessed.Â
